Amar Arshi was born in Phagwara, Punjab,India. His name is Amarjit Singh. He is now in London.He released his first album in 1991. His songs included Kaala Chashma which was remixed for the Bollywood movie Baar Baar Dekho starring Katrina Kaif and Sidarath Malhotra.
